DIRECTOR of SOCIAL SERVICES
Narly has been working in human services for more than ten years and holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Psychology. She began working with FSI full time in 2020 contributing to the COVID-19 pandemic response coordinating vital resources such as: housing, cash assistance, and educational services for the Haitian community. Since then, she has become IFSI’s director of social services helping to place a vast number of arriving migrants in IFSI-sponsored housing.
The Social Services Director position at IFSI entails leading and managing the development, implementation, and evaluation of social services and housing programs aimed at meeting the specific needs of IFSI’s immigrant community. This role requires a compassionate and experienced leader who can collaborate with community partners to provide comprehensive support for immigrants' well-being and successful integration within their new society.
